Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of aitechouse.com and any services provided by AITecHouse ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
AITecHouse provides technology services including but not limited to:
- Custom software development
- Plugin and application development
- AI consulting and strategy
- Go High Level (GHL) setup and automation
- Technology consulting and training
All services are provided subject to a separate written agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.
2. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are defined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Generally:
- Projects require a deposit before work begins
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the proposal
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Disputes regarding deliverables must be raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom-built deliverables. AITecHouse retains the right to:
- Display completed work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is agreed upon)
- Reuse general code frameworks, libraries, and methodologies
Third-party tools, plugins, and platforms integrated into deliverables remain subject to their own licensing terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
- Provide access to necessary accounts, credentials, and systems
- Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
5. Limitation of Liability
AITecHouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Guatemala.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
